In early 2019, Holm & Associates was hired by iRacing to act as their Owners Representative to plan, coordinate and manage the construction and relocation from 14,000 sf in Bedford to their new headquarters at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA. Our team helped source a full furniture, AV and signage package.

In 2020, iRacing reengaged Holm & Associates to expand their headquarters as well as their state of the art broadcast room. Despite Covid-19 challenges our team was able to bring the project in on time and on budget.
