We recognize that the success of any project is absolutely dependent on the collective effort of a broad team of contributors. Integration of the activities of the entire project team is fundamental to our Project Management approach, as it relates to both budget and schedule. “The Holm & Associates” Project Manager will be the focal point of team interactions, whether we are soliciting proposals, introducing new members to the project team, or developing a work plan that integrates incumbent vendors and internal Client resources. This “Hub” role ensures efficient and documented communication.
